FIRST FIVE SATURDAYS : FORGOTTEN FATIMA MESSAGE

THE PROMISE: On Dec. 10, 1925, Our Lady promised she would "...assist at the hour of death, with graces necessary for salvation, for all those who on the first Saturdays of five consecutive months confess, receive Holy Communion, pray a Rosary, and keep Her company for fifteen minutes meditating on the fifteen mysteries with the intention of offering Her reparation." The above are the 4 requirements to faithfully fulfill the First Saturdays. ***Our Lord confirmed to Lucia that confession would still be valid if done within a period of 8 days before or after the first Saturday of the month - providing one is in the state of grace when receiving Holy Communion (not in mortal sin), and one must have the intention of offering reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. THE INTENTION: To console the Immaculate Heart of Mary, offer reparation for the blasphemies and ingratitude of unrepentant sinners, and for peace in the world. REASONS FOR THIS DEVOTION: MAY 29, 1930 Our Lord Jesus explained to Sister Lucia..."My daughter, the reason is simple. Against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, there are 5 kinds of offenses and blasphemies committed: 1. Those that are committed against the Immaculate Conception; 2.Those that are committed against the virginity of Our Lady; 3.Those that are committed against the Divine maternity, refusing at the same time to accept Our Lady as the Mother of all mankind; 4. Those that are committed by people who publicly attempt to instill indifference, scorn, and even hatred for Our Holy Mother in the hearts of children; 5. Those that are committed by people who insult Her directly by desecration of Her images and statues." *** THE FORGOTTEN PROMISE OF OUR LADY: "To prevent it, (The MOST Destructive of Wars) I ask the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, and the COMMUNION OF REPARATION ON THE FIRST SATURDAYS. If they listen to My requests, Russia will convert and there will be peace; IF NOT, Russia will spread its errors throughout the world, promoting wars and persecution of the Church. The good will be martyred; the Holy Father will have much to suffer; and several nations will be annihilated. FINALLY, My Immaculate Heart will Triumph."
